Personal data is collected only when someone submits an enquiry form. A form asks for:
- a name;
- a mobile number;
- an email address;
- optional preferences, such as a home type or a time to view;
- any message written into the form.
No personal details are needed to read the project details, the location page or any other page.
How Enquiry Data for Kassia Is Used
The details are used by the Sales Concierge to answer the enquiry about Kassia: to send the e-brochure, the floor plans or the price list, to arrange a showflat appointment, to answer a question, or, if asked, to send news of the kind recorded under latest updates. They are not used for any unrelated purpose.
How the Kassia Forms Are Processed
Each enquiry is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, stored securely in a Cloudflare database and sent to the Sales Concierge by email through Resend, an email delivery service. These providers handle the details only to deliver the enquiry.
How Long Kassia Enquiry Data Is Kept
Enquiry records are held for up to 12 months and are then deleted automatically. Earlier deletion can be requested at any time.
PDPA Rights on the Kassia Website
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, anyone may ask to see the personal data held about them, have it corrected, or withdraw consent to its use. Requests sent to kassia@officialsite.com.sg are dealt with within a reasonable time, and once consent is withdrawn the Sales Concierge stops all contact about Kassia.
Cookies on the Kassia Website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set strictly necessary security cookies, for instance to keep automated abuse away from the forms; they do not identify anyone by name.
Kassia Enquiry Data Is Never Sold
Personal data sent through this site is never sold, rented or traded.
Changes to Kassia Privacy Policy
