How the Kassia Balance Units Chart Reads

| Unit | The unit number, in the form #storey-stack. |
| Stack | The stack the home sits in: 01 to 09 in Block 31, 10 to 18 in Block 33, 19 to 27 in Block 37, 28 to 36 in Block 39. |
| Floor | The storey the home sits on, from 1 to 8. |
| Type | The home type, from one bedroom to four bedrooms. |
| Area (sqft) | The strata area, in square feet. |
| Type Plan | The floor-plan type of the home, such as (2+1)a. |
| Status | Whether the home is open for selection. |
Choosing a Home at Kassia
Nineteen types over four blocks means the choice left differs from one block, stack and floor to the next. Use this list with the stack chart to see where a home sits, and with the floor plans to see its layout; the Sales Concierge can confirm any home and send the price list.
