Kassia Price List

The price list for Kassia is sent on request by the Sales Concierge, with the homes that remain in each block. This page explains how to ask for it and what comes with it.

How the Kassia Price List Is Shared

The developer sets the price list and revises it as homes are taken, so it is sent current rather than published here. Send the form on this page, or call or WhatsApp the Sales Concierge on +65 6200 6220, and mention the home types you have in mind, from the one-bedroom homes to the four-bedroom homes with a yard; the reply comes by phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer.

• The homes still open, so nothing on the list is already taken.
• For each home you like, its layout and its place on the stack chart.
• A payment schedule for a chosen home under the progressive payment scheme.
• The e-brochure, if you do not have it yet.

Showflat viewings are arranged by appointment through the Sales Concierge.

Kassia Sales Timeline

Each home on the list is identified by block, storey and unit number. On request, the Sales Concierge works out the instalments and the duty that would apply to you.
