The Company Behind Kassia
Tripartite Developers is the developer named in the particulars of the sale, with registration number 196800485K. The brochure describes it as an established joint venture company that has developed several major condominiums in the Upper Changi Road North area, starting with Azalea Park and followed, in alphabetical order, by Ballota Park, Carissa Park, Dahlia Park, Edelweiss Park, Ferraria Park, The Gale, Hedges Park, The Inflora and The Jovell. With Kassia as its latest development, the brochure says, Tripartite is committed to delivering quality living every step of the way.

Kassia and the Flora Condominiums
Few developers have shaped a neighbourhood as completely as Tripartite has shaped this one. Its ten earlier condominiums, completed between 1996 and 2022, hold some 4,150 homes between them, almost all on Flora Drive and Flora Road. The Jovell, the most recent, stands beside the Kassia site, and The Inflora, Ferraria Park and Hedges Park are a short walk along Flora Drive.
The table lists each project as the brochure gives it, with its street, its number of homes and the date of its Temporary Occupation Permit. Kassia, with 276 homes, is the smallest of the series and the first to carry the letter K.

The Shareholders Behind Kassia
Hong Leong Holdings Limited is the property development and investment arm of the Hong Leong Group, the Singapore conglomerate, and City Developments Limited, also part of the group, is one of Singapore’s largest listed property companies. TID Pte Ltd is the joint venture of Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan of Japan. Together the three own Tripartite Developers.
For Kassia, ONG&ONG designed the four blocks and the clubhouse, Coen Design International the gardens and Index Design the interiors, with Lian Beng Construction as the main contractor.
