Flora Drive and Flora Road form a self-contained estate of condominiums off Upper Changi Road North, with The Jovell, The Inflora, Ferraria Park and Hedges Park among the neighbours of Kassia. Beyond it lie the HDB towns of Tampines and Pasir Ris to the west and north, Simei to the south-west, and Changi Business Park, Singapore Expo and Changi Airport to the south and east.

Tripartite began building on Flora Drive and Flora Road in the 1990s, and the estate has grown into a quiet, leafy district of mid-rise condominiums, served by its own bus routes and close to the Changi region’s jobs. The brochure points to the Changi East development, 1,080 hectares of new infrastructure including Terminal 5, as the next chapter for the area.
